""From a Witch’s Kitchen: Celebrating Seasonal Magic in Every Meal", by Beth Brown "

What a delightful book Ms. Brown has whipped up. Recipes are arranged by season. Each season is packed with everything from tasty drinks, crunchy salads, satisfying main dishes and delicious deserts. I really like the fact that these are such easy and quick dishes to make that are also fresh and healthy. My husband and I have wanted to bring more vegetarian dishes to our table but were tried of the same old recipes, this cookbook was the answer.

The taste combinations like: “Butternut Squash and Hazelnut Lasagna”, are unique and flavorful. The “Quick and Creamy Curry”, recipe is... More > every bit as good as our favorite curry house restaurant. Another one of our favorites is the, “Fruit and Nut Cabbage Slaw”, the combination of blue cheese, fruit, nuts and cabbage makes this a colorful and tasty slaw. On a hot day, my husband and I have had just the slaw and a piece of baguette for a light meal. This spring we are trying the “Lemon Ginger Infusion”. This fantastic and delicious herbal infusion is helping my husband and I cope with all the pollen that this season brings.

I highly recommend, “From a Witch’s Kitchen: Celebrating Seasonal Magic in Every Meal”, By Beth Brown, to help you add quick, tasty and magical dishes to your menu.
