Excellent interesting story! I pray that writing like this no longer goes unnoticed due to the various celebs writing books. God Bless you Allison, Devon and Daphne and all who were involved with this book. It's excellent, interesting and educational. May you find yourself on the bestsellers list for a lifetime!

"Fundi the Snail"
I bought this book for my son because he really liked the cover. Sounds silly, but there you go. I am so glad that I did.

It is getting harder and harder these days to find books for kids that are designed to inspire imagination through the use of words rather than through a succession of pictures. This is one of those books that does not talk down to children. The author uses a variety of words that kept my 4-year-old interested and inquisitive ("What is a contraption, daddy?") without being complicated, and the writing was completely entertaining for us as adults to read to him. We had lots of fun making up voices for the different characters!

It allows just enough time between illustrations for a child's imagination to fill in the blanks with the descriptive words, which to me is the essence of good writing.

All in all, this is a fantastic book which both entertains and educates. Highly recommended! < Less

"Fundi" I loved this book! It will catch the attention of any child. There are wonderful adventures that keeps you wondering what will happen next to Fundi. The illustrations are bright and beautiful and really makes you escape into Fundi's world. Even the print makes it easy for a child to read. I can hardly wait to read this to my grand daughter.

"Fundi The Snail" This is a truly fabulous book. It is heartwarming and charming. The beautiful illustrations add to the funny, and whimsical nature of this tale. I look forward to reading it again and again to my grandchildren who have already made it a special request whenever they come over. This should be in every child's collection for it is a true masterpiece and will be forever timeless.
