This is a great game, and an even greater value on LULU. I shelled out $50ish for this book elsewhere and thought it was worth it. The Lulu price got me to order a copy for my friend/opponent as a gift.
So whats so good about the game, well it uses mechanics that simulate the uncertainty of command and fog of war very effectively with out bogging down -w- minutiae.
Also you can use any miniatures you want without rebasing and includes lists for a lot of the major 6mm and 15mm manufacturers.

Skirmish rules are included as well.
