"Getting Dinner on the Table" There is some really helpful ideas in this book. However, $9.99 for 28 pages seems pretty pricey to me. I didn't realize how short the book was when I ordered it. Especially since alot of the information in the book is available for free on different websites. That's how I found out about the book in the first place.

I'm so sorry you are disappointed (but I'm glad you found the info helpful!). I did try to let people know the book size in advance by posting the page numbers, etc. in the listing and by making sample pages available at the site; I'm sorry that this may have been overlooked.

If it will help to understand the $9.99 price, I based my pricing on other homemaking speakers' e-books which are priced at $5 for 8 pages (vs. $9.99 for these 27, and the relatively high cost of doing business in a print-on-demand venue--which means I don't make much on an item). I know the print version is a wacky price; it's because the entire book is in... More > color/expensive to print, and I don't ever expect anyone to order it in print when you can simply download it and have those pretty pictures in the computer in color!

It is true that bits of the content are available on various websites (and sometimes the whole e-book has been featured on a free CD for convention attendees); however, this e-book came first and has been available on this site since first publication. The other items are materials I have made available at no cost for readers of other sites at later dates.

I do hope that the full-color tutorials, the tips, and suggestions will make the download worthwhile for you. Thank you for your purchase and your honest review. :) < Less
