I used this journal with my Girl Scouts as part of a Body Image project. The girls loved this journal and found it extremely worthwhile and relevant. If you have a young daughter this is a great journal for her to use and work through by herself. Simple graphics, thoughtful, easy to read and understand.
WIth all the pressures advertisers, media, and more place on our girls to look like models this book is a good start to counter the "self image fight" and have some relevant conversations.
