This book is really special to me because it came out of the kindness of Schelli's heart when I needed it the most. I was (and still and always will) go through rough, weird, and wild experiences in my life, as we all will. This book hit home in a way that I completely related to and that every person can as well. Schelli's memoir reminded me that life is pretty funny when you stop being so "pressed" about stuff. It reminded me that I'm NOT alone in this crazy world and all the crazy people we run across in it. The book brought me back home to a place in my heart and soul where I belong. I thoroughly enjoyed this read. It is such a naked, honest account of one's life that you can't help but have a nerve (or two) touched as you read. Somewhere near the end, you realize that you have an utterly intimate sense of the author's voice and that, as the story coalesces, you've been getting more and more invested emotionally. The story of Schelli's life has a wonderful emotional-spiritual arc. I highly recommend this book.

Schelli wrote this gut wrenching memoir without any reservations. I couldn't stop reading as I had to see what new adventures she was up to next! Gutsy, witty, sad, funny, emotional, frightening at times and oh so honest...if you didn't know Schelli, after reading her book you certainly do. She is one helluva truthful lady who is not afraid of life. Kudos Schelli!!!!!

I loved this book! I truly had a hard time putting it down. Raw and honest Schelli pours her thoughts and emotions into the book. I cried, laughed, and felted the joys and sorrows. It touches you in the most personal way. I know I read it twice!
