"An excellent book of short stories" Jo's Tales is the right size to fit into an inside jacket pocket or handbag. The presentation is excellent. Although there are 4 sections, I immediately turned to the Ghost section, which contains 15 stories out of the total of 26 stories. Why Ghost? I feel that we would all like to believe in and maybe see a ghost; it gives us the feeling that when we die part of, or maybe all, of our human form may remain on this earth.
The stories were fantastic; the clever author led us through many avenues, before reaching the end, which we thought would be the answer - or did we? Were we right?
The main factor of these stories was that they were not too long; long enough to keep the reader intrigued, but not too long, so that the reader loses the plot. I suppose with some novels, I pick up the book, start reading, but sadly never finish.
In all an excellent book of short stories by a very clever author, to be read by all.
