A 2008 calendar and planner for anyone trying to get healthy. Use the year-at-a-glance section to plan out goals for the year. Each month starts with a one month calendar page and a goal list for the month. Each week's planner page includes a healthful tip (an easy healthy habit that you can incorporate into your life to improve your health), and space for planning exercise programs and meals as well as room for appointments, events (e.g. birthdays, anniversaries etc.), to-do lists (e.g. chores and errands), and shopping lists. You can also use the planner to plan major goals and projects that aren't health related.
