"Let's Make Wine" Over the past twelve or so years that I have been making wine I have acquired and read many books on how to make wine. Some were good, some were not so good. One book would tell you to do it this way the other would tell you to do it another way, it became a little confusing .After reading Let’s Make Wine. Things began to fall into place. I found the book to be very easy to read and understand what the author was saying. Thank you very mush for putting together such a wonderful book on wine making.

"Let's Make Wine" I have been looking for a book to use to help my daughter and I get started in wine making. I have looked at quite a few books at Barnes and Noble, but I never found one that I was ready to buy. When I heard about "Lets Make Wine" I read the highlights and then purchased a copy. I found the book to be very through and informative. Complex issues like acidity are explained in simple terms but with great detail. Hardware, test equipment, containers, grapes, additives and every other thing you need to make wine are all described. A listing of suppliers is also given. all is done in an easy to read and well organized manner.

I was so inpressed with this book, I bought another copy for my daughter.
