"What a Timely Work! "
I read Clive's book in February and began my journey to liberate my own talent. Initially, I approached the text thinking I was strictly going to be on a journey to improved self-development. Very quickly, however, I recognized the timeliness of this work and how it has a significant potential to move organizations and their people to achieve sustainable higher performance in these difficult global economic times.

As I read the book, it was very important for me to take some reflection time on the completing the exercises. I found that giving a few days of mental "breathing room" I went back and was able to go deeper into the exercises and get into the... More > fiber of my being. I found the inter-relationship between my talents, passions, values and aspirations...both professially and personally. The most significant part of my learning was about how I can apply my new understanding to make a significant impact in my work and in helping my clients.

The process is powerful and the book provides a great guide for leaders to go beyond the traditional concepts of talent management.

Last month, I solicited three people to join me in the talent liberation process. I plan to walk with them on their journey to unleashing their talents for the betterment of themselves and their organizations.

"Liberate Your Talent" I have just designed and run a workshop for an organisation going through reorganisation, setting up a new management team and beginning to work on what matters to them.

I found the frameworks presented here so clearly very useful as guides for people to focus on strengths as they build their new team and organisation and a structure to apply to working through the key things they need to be clear about as they go forward.

Readable, practical and affordable. An unbeatabel combination
