Perhaps it is almost necessary to take Moore's flight to Mars in order to gain some better understanding of ourselves and our lives here on Earth. On the dreamlike world of Mars, we see how our own world is often dreamlike. On the often odd and bizarre backdrop of Mars, we begin to see our own lives in a familiar, yet greater context. In the end, this is a spiritual journey rather than being a physical one.
