Lulu Marketplace

The monsters in my sketch books are chimeras, composites of animals. Despite my drawings and paintings, I was never content with them. They needed more fiction behind their mythical origins, so I began writing horror stories. Yet the drawings still exist. They provide ideas and inspiration. This publication contains original creatures from my sketch books, known collectively as the Mortui Philosophies. The text briefly discusses the origin of each monster and where they fit in a mythology or weird horror.
