This time around, author Matt Holmes (aka AgileMan) provides insights into topics as far ranging as "zone time", the Agile Coach role, leadership gaps and the importance of trust, just to name a few. His focus, as always, is on what discoveries were made in the adoption of Agile that might help others contemplating a similar cultural shift. He also manages to sneak in more than his fair share of comic book references, as you'd expect from a lifelong comic fan and supposed member of the superhero community. Anyone who enjoyed "The Real-Life Adventures of AgileMan" will almost certainly want to add this entertaining sequel to their bookshelf!
