In 2003, Matt Johnson started writing a blog under the name Bad Faggot. What began as an entrée to an online community of kinksters evolved into an extended meditation on sexual identity, queer history and politics, the limits of human experience, community and companionship, leadership and celebrity, and the struggle to live an examined and fully integrated life.
