Chad did such a wonderful job telling about his time with Laura. I found tears streaming down my face many times as I read this book. What a beautiful woman, both inside and out, that Laura was. I could only hope that I could be half as strong if I were ever in her shoes. Charlotte is truly blessed to have Laura as her mother and a Daddy that loves her so much.
I haven't read this book but personally, I think the author should have chosen a better title and a more interesting cover. The photo is okay, just the pink-ish tone behind it needs a little more help. That's just my opinion though. There's a lot of people out there who judge a book by it's cover, litteraly. But may I add that the desciption does draw people in. It's a real topic that real people stuggle with each and every day. So good job on that part. (:

"My Life with Laura: A Love Story"
This book gave me an inside view of the beautiful relationship between Chad and Laura and the love they both shared for their daughter, Charlotte. I met Laura at the end of her life. She taught me much about faith and her love of God. I was glad to learn more about her. I think this book is a wonderful tribute to all her friends and family and I am sure they will all be thrilled that Chad did such an awesome job documenting their short but loving time together.
