What a FABULOUS book! Another awesome piece of art from this author!!! It's another book to be cherished! Absolutely OUTSTANDING!!! She is SO very gifted! It's as if you are there with her! Truly another masteroiece and MUST read!! I wouldn't be at all surprised if they made movies, blockbusters, out of her books. We are Blessed that she has chosen to share her works of art with us!! They make for great gifts for any reason or "just because" to those you care about. Once again, SUPERB!!! STUPENDOUS!!!
"Loved this book!"
What a charming, interesting and adventurous collection of real stories about the author's childhood. In fact I was reminiscing about some youthful and fond memories of my own childhood. Before the cyber age began, growing up seemed focused on nature, family and friendship. The author's childhood memories are filled with the reality of growing up in two different continents, which she describes with the perceptive insights that she brings into all her beautiful narratives.
Charming, delightful, easy to read and very interesting! The richness and mystery of travel as seen throught he eyes of a child whose senses are always aware and open to adventure and discovery.
"Childhood memories"
It was very interesting to read about the childhood of someone who spent their childhood in two vastly different continents. By inviting the reader into her own world of childhood memories and by sharing her stories, the author has managed to stir my own childhood memories, where I felt I could look into my own past in a positive and meaningful way.
