"Different from the science fiction I am used to"
This is the kind of science fiction that my uncles might have gotten into and I am waiting for some of my lulu.com funds so I can grab this up for my sister as a Christmas present. Since she's a little freaked out by the postcyberpunk or cyberpunk science fiction that I play around with when I write Science Fiction, reading this one damn it felt like I was stepping into something weirder but something cool.

I personally couldn't write this particular style of science fiction but I've read stories in this style and have to give the writers of this kind of science fiction a lot of credit for doing this style. Being that many of... More > the science fiction stories I write stemmed off the 1950s creature Science Fiction, it is something I can appreciate greatly.

I give you a lot of credit for doing this type of book and when I did an autobiography illustrating how A.C. Clarke and Philip K. Dick's science fiction became the reality in the 1990s. This one very imaginative to boot, and I give the author kudos by just reading the preview. < Less

"My Science Fiction Autobiography by Russell Snopek" This book took me back to the classic sci-fi adventures that got me hooked on the genre when I was about the same age as the science geeks of the Astropolitan Rocket Club. Just techy enough to make it interesting for a new, computer savy generation, it's balanced with plenty of fun and humor that will keep you reading cover to cover. I recommend it to readers of all ages.

"My Science Fiction Autobiography by Russell Snopek" I've read the book several times and every time I do, I have more of an understanding of the author's thoughts in writing this simple, yet complex novel. Time travel has always fascinated me, and the concepts the author presents and the way he presents them are brought out in such a way that one could believe his story to be true. The novel is lighthearted with a serious note, fiction yet plausible, and creative with a touch of humor. For anyone who enjoys science fiction, this adventure is for you. It is a must for any SciFi home library!
