I was enthralled by the myriad artistic styles and perspectives represented in its pages despite my familiarity with the subject matter and its debatable limitations--a credit to the curators' insight and their inventive presentation of the cartoons, drawings, paintings, and photographs. One rarely gets to see an array of work this varied in one place. Although attending the show certainly isn't mandatory to enjoy the scope and content of this... More > thoughtfully produced collector's item, you owe it to yourself to see the gallery show when it comes to your region (the photographs I've seen of the exhibit documented here are outstanding)--I'm chomping at the bit for my opportunity.
