"Good Game!" I downloaded Paradox first, but decided to purchase the softcover half way through reading it (I didn't feel like printing it all out).

It's a highly developed game, and players of D&D and Palladium games should feel right at home. I think I even detected a little WhiteWolf influence in there, but maybe it was just me.

The rules are clear and sensible. They have an innovative concept, but there are enough traditional RPG conventions to make learning them easy.

At first we just took turns running time travel adventures, but the game really opened up when we started in on the fantasy setting. The fantasy setting included in the book is as rich as D&D's Forgotten Realms. It contains centuries of history, cultural information, maps and much more, but what's presented leaves plenty of space for GM creativity in designing adventures.

I highly recommend the game, it's worth every pound.
