I remembered you telling us about your book but hadn't realized this was where it was. "received book yesterday" Just wanted to let you know that I received your book yesterday, and I couldn't put it down all night. :) It's awesome.

"The book that brought me here.." This is the book that made me write a book and put it on Lulu.

"Poetry w/o pretense" it advertised.

Which is very true( I am a poet chock full of pretense- so after reading the review I felt a tad bit "disinfected").

"Poetry for the COMMON MAN." the title proceeds to offer.

"Right on." You say to yourself- as you are a COMMON MAN(or woman as the case may be).

But you read a bit about the author- anything but common.

You think to yourself-" A professor of microbiology wrote THIS?"

I imagine microbiology would put the world in a bit of "perspective" so to speak- but the man has found his calling in poetry, and the world would be a lesser place if he stopped.
