If you fly an airplane, GET THIS BOOK. I don't care if you're a Sport Pilot student, or the left seater on the Space Shuttle...I guarantee you'll find lots of stuff you better not forget. Paul Berge writes with the same kind of semi-snotty humor that made him a huge success as the editor of IFR PILOT magazine.

Only a guy who loves brushing the bugs out from between his teeth after zooming around in a classic open cockpit airplane...a guy who has survived the countless bouncing landings and lost wanderings around a holding pattern of God know how many student pilots as a CFI II...a guy who has also pushed big time tin at a major ATC radar position can write like this.

"E6B" is... More > not how you spell fun. But Paul knows that "a little bit of sugar makes the medicine go down." So get this book. The laughs will help you learn. Or re-learn. And don't let the title put you off. Every good pilot is always a student pilot...whether your license says Sport Student, ATP,or whatever the hell it says on the card in the wallet of a Space Shuttle left seater. < Less
