Chris Boggs has written a book for insurance professionals loaded with essential information presented in a clear and understandable way. The graphical descriptions of the claim adjusting process alone are worth the cover price, but the book is much more than that. This should be on the bookshelf of everyone who is new to the industry, both for their own reference and so their more experienced colleagues can borrow it.
