A democracy at war must have strong leaders, people who know the fine line between autonomy and autocracy. It is their duty to keep the enemy uninformed; shroud the truth in propaganda, and encourage misinformation to mimic the truth. Barbaric acts are the way of the adversary; compassion and mercy is ours alone; but who is the final judge of which side is right, and which is wrong, when you begin to suspect that you are the enemy.
