There used to be three sample chapters available on this page but they are now gone? How can I find them?

I came here looking for the sample chapters too. The e-mail mailbox given at the book's promotional website is full. Bought the book anyway, and would love to read it if Lulu ever receives the funds it's waiting for from Paypal.
