This is the book that marines can relate to. The booth camp section says it all.If you were in booth camp this will bring it all back. lock the door ,the drill instructor may be coming. The part about Viet Nam will bring you back to the rice land A good book at a good price jerry

I read Mr. Laufenberg's other book and really liked it but it was nothing compared to this. This is a minor classic for an ex-marine like me. I loved it, everything is true and it took me back in time. Great book. Double Mac

I read this book and it's a great story; told by someone who lived it, at least it reads like almost a memoir. I loved it. I like the prices on Lulu too; I paid 20 bucks for this book. Big Jack

Great book, great story too; I love this guy's dialogue; his quotations before each chapter that makes you think about the upcoming action and mystery. This book is really dynamic; alm,ost makes me wish I had been in the marines instead of the army. COCarl

I bought this book at The Book Fair from the writer himself and he signed it. It is a really good book, exciting and I believe it happened. I would recommend it to any marines or ex-marines, which I am also. Good stuff that I haven't read in years this good.
