Finally a book that is both inspiring and practical. This book is a must-have for anyone working with young people. I highly recommend it.

Thanks for giving me the privilege of reading “Significant Conversations.” I really did like the "methodology"; that is, 1) explain to the adults, 2) then the background for the teens, 3) then practical tools to chart and monitor the work.
I am very big on being intentional when I do youth training...in New Orleans, they teased me about being "married to the process"---this work of yours is GOLD for those who want PROVEN PRACTICES to guide conversations with people.
