Dear friend, (if indeed you will come to be my friend - perhaps even an enemy with a little luck -) I sat down for six days and wrote this 'book'. This is the first and only draft. It is an experiment in writing with no objective, no plan, no structure, no characters, no preconceived 'point' whatsoever. I didn't eat when I was writing it either.
