"Annie’s scenes are amazing!!! They’re tight, smart and to the point. Great material for actors to really get to show their stuff." -Mimi Mayer, Talent Agent ______________________________________________________________________________________________ "Annie Wood takes the ordinary, gives it a twist and a polish, then pushes it off in a different direction. Even if you think you know where the scene is going, you’ll be surprised and enlightened at how it gets there. These are treats for any actor who wants to keep his or her chops sharp!" -Carolyn Hennesy, Emmy Nominated Actress

Not only is this good, unique material, I was very pleased that it is in screenplay format and size. Makes it a lot easier, better for use.

This is a terrific follow up to Annie's first book, "Where Would I Be Without Me", which I also really enjoyed. Annie has the rare gift of being able to create characters, some likable and other not so much, that seem as if they've been around for a while. They seem plucked out of reality, with perspective, history and a message which amazingly, get conveyed in 2 pages. It's an easy read, nicely layed out, looks good and would even make a fun gift for anyone in the entertainment business. Nice job!

This is an excellent book. A source of original, brilliant scenes, with witty humor, worthy of the best comedies on TV and film. The characters are never glib and superficial. The comedy always stems from their reality, which makes it great for actors who love their craft and professionals in search of top notch material.

Annie Wood has a unique talent for creating clever characters and giving them a voice you want to hear. Her comedic, yet thoughtful, situations give the actor the ability to build rich layers into their performance. Great for acting professionals or anyone who just wants a good read.
