"The Curried Rice Salad"
I don't have allergies myself, but a few family members do (in-law w/wheat-milk-nut allergies, cousins w/gluten allergy). I ordered the cookbook so I can be prepared with tasty meals and snacks when they come to visit. So far I've tried the curried rice salad. It was a hit with me, my cousin, her husband, and their two children (ages 1 and 2.5 years).

"Great Allergy Cookbook!"
I recently received my copy of Sophie-Safe Cooking. I tried the Spicy Chicken Bake that night. I like the fact that I read through the ingredients & already had everything I needed; I hate having to run out and buy some esoteric product that I'll probably never use again. And the dish turned out to be very tasty, and well-suited to my fairly basic cooking skills.

This book is the best! There are no strange ingredients here--Just yummy food that even non allergic people will love! I found the book shortly after my son was diagnosed with allergies to peanuts, wheat, eggs, milk and banans. It's the only cookbook I use! When we have guests, they are always shocked to hear that what they are eating is "Treavor Safe" Several non-allergic people have even asked for recipes!
