Nitsa is an amazing artist, her photography goes beyond the camera, it represents the creative flair that is seldom seen by the photographer, there is no fear in her style, and it is far reaching and goes beyond the shutter. It represents the soul and spirit of the human imagination, which most photos are lacking. Her creativity is something that she freely shares in the many books she has written, and her own branding of the interpretation of the streets of Los Angeles, brings life to the very essence of days gone by.

"down on the corner, out in the streets" If you visited Los Angeles, then Streets of Los Angeles--"a random collection of street images"-- shows what you saw that day but maybe didn't notice. It's a reality book. Like reality TV, except that reality TV isn't actually real and this is. A few subjects are of recognizable LA landmarks or locations, but that's not what this is about. Most photos capture people in ordinary but unexpected scenes around town interacting with each other and their setting in all kinds of interesting ways. The book bills itself "Part One." Part two is what I'm waiting for now.
