"Intriguing" I found Abraxas to be very entertaining and intriguing. I found that I had a hard time putting it down because I just had to know and understand exactly what was going on. Ms. Santiago obviously has a vivid imagination and a talent for writing. I did feel that this story could have been expanded just a bit. There were times when I felt like Ryan wasn't who he seems to be, but then things seemed to be as good as they were before. I also thought that Christine moved into her powers much easier than she should and maybe more time should have been spent explaining more about her and her new powers. Overall, this is an excellent book which I recommend highly.

"Abraxas" I found this Series of Novellas to be the best i have read in a very long time.

The gripping tale of Christine being reborn a Sophisticate Vampire (not one who feeds on blood) and being asked to join the clan that sired her. Where she meets the Lord of the Clan, Ryan. He has longed to find Christine, who shares the powers of Abraxas along with Ryan. He loved her even before he met her. He found her when he felt her being reborn a vampire. Together they fight the darkness of Philidelphia and teach each other the real powers of Abraxas.

Ms. Santiago, has masterfully told a truly gripping and pleasently twisted tale, that will leave you wanting MORE. The only complaint I have, is that it's too short! It should be a full length novel.

Congrats Ms. Santiago on a great story, and wonderfully wicked series of novellas. YOU ROCK!

"ROCKIN' VAMP SERIES" Having been there when these were first available as individual novellas before the first 3 were put into one book, I can honestly say I was HOOKED at the first one, and was always eager to read MORE. I hated waiting, as I was dying to see what would happen next between Ryan & Christine, not to mention the crazy assortment of vamp fledgelings in the clan with vivid personalities all their own. It's unique, dark, gritty, funny, and creepy, balanced out at all the right moments. This is a world I was happy to step into, and will be sad as hell if it ever ends. But for now, I'm enjoying the ride, and it's a ride well worth taking.
