A nice way of keeping all your absinthe tasting notes and reviews in one place.
There are also pages for revisit reviews for comparison as one's palate evolves and changes. There's many many pages here...it will take a long time to fill out all the pages!
This book has instructions on how to conduct blind tastings as well, which is very good info.
Just enough absinthe basics and history are covered as well, for those new to absinthe.
5 stars for being the only absinthe specific tasting journal in the world.
