The Art Show Artists Survival Guide is awesome! A carefully written book which details the ins and outs of this unique business. Written by artists for artists. After 21 years of doing street shows, there's still plenty to learn and this book is the place to go for answers!
It's an informative fun read and highly recommended.
Buy one for yourself and one as a gift! They make good family gifts for anyone trying to understand the life of a festival artist.

"A gem of a book!"
After doing art fairs for 31 years, I'd like to think I know everything I need to about doing shows. When I started flipping through this book the first thing I read was a great idea I had never thought of!
That's what this book is, a compilation of great tips from people who either do or have done art fairs. All different media, all different ages and stages, all adding their knowledge to the book. Cynthia Davis did a great job culling all the information into a very readable book, that also looks beautiful, thanks to Sara Corkery. I highly recommend this book to everyone from beginners to old, experienced exhibitors like me.
