"Pretty good"
So the book arrived today. It is about the size of a comic book with no advertisements. The cover has that nice color image on it, and inside is all black and white text. This is a really cool little book (I almost want to label it a pamphlet, but a bit too long for that). I like the writing, and it is well done (for the most part). The only complaint I have is the length. It is pretty short. Ultimately I would say this is a book for believers. He does have a prayer for anyone who wants to become a Christian. The book uses a lot of verses from the Holy Bible, so someone who is not swayed by that will only ridicule this book (throwing pearls to pigs). It is very... More > non-judgemental, and the author himself acknowledges he had a problem with video game addiction at one time. It is obvious he has a heart for all to have a relationship with God, and to grow mature in that relationship. He asks a lot of questions; answering those questions honestly will really determine your response to this book. Again he does this in a non-judgemental way. There is no holier-than-thou attitude in this book. I personally enjoyed this book. As an editor I had a couple of suggested formatting changes, and areas I wish he would have written more about - but hey none of us are perfect. Who do I think this book is for? Any believer who may have a video game addiction problem. Any parent/spouse of a video game addict as well. This book will not take that long to read, and will get through to some people in the first couple of pages. All in all, I am pleased with this purchase. < Less

"Terrible. Just terrible." It's obvious by halfway through the first page of this book that the author knows nothing about the Xbox or any other videogames or their supposed "effects." Just more lunatic fundamentalist rantings through and through. You can safely ignore this and live the rest of your life with the morals system you already have in place.

Just a tip to the writer (in case, god forbid, you decide to actually write another book): DO SOME RESEARCH!!!

"Please don't support this" I can't believe someone is trying to cash in on this. Utterly ridiculous. I'll make sure never to find my way to this site again just for carrying this.

"Re: The author knows nothing." It is funny how people blame this on video games. The kids who go to school and shoot people are the kids who have access to weapons and have had a bad childhood. Either due to bad parenting or being made fun of. Don't blame video games.
