futuristic egalitarian farce?
tongue-in-cheek spoof?
serious (is there such a thing)satire?
...it's readible and understandable.
The social message might be: "Hey, look...you can look at human endeavors in a wierd way without a lot of drugs."
Oh, yeah...the illustrations are very catchy, I liked the layout and typography and my copy sits astride my coffee table. (and I love how it pulls the room together).
