"MARTY FIRE TRUCK BOOK"
I have not read it....I just needed so TP for my bathroom.
I hope goes as far as War and Peace did.
I also want mine autographed. I bought 2 copies just in case he spells his name wrong or says something stupid or he realizes that what her wrote is full of grammatical errors. I really don't want a bunch of crossed out crap on the first page so I am hoping for the best.
I hope it is better than his magazine or that stupid worm book. I mean, he has to be getting better...right? I kind of thought he would comp me one since he never paid me back that $20 bucks he borrowed 15 years ago. He is the only guy I know that lived in NYC and slept through 9/11... More > until like 9/14 and jumped on the downtown E train only to find out it only went as far as Chambers Street..so he got out and walked and fell into the hole at ground zero. Rats! it says I only used 854 characters out of 3700...maybe Marty should have writing the book in the posting. I do not believe the book is over 3700 characters. Ok now I am up to 1012 no wait 1025! This could go on forever! AAHH! 1064! These guys are following me !!!! I have to go now! AAH! 1126!-7 30 33 no! stop! < Less

"Re: MARTY FIRE TRUCK BOOK" I did not borrow 20 dollars from Joe (the reviewer above.) It was 25 dollars and I swear I'll pay it back one of these decades!

"Fascinating and Very Entertaining" This is a very well-written and interesting book. I thoroughly enjoyed reading this book and I highly recommend it.

I loved this. The flow of words rose effortlessly from each page and brought a smile and even laughter. Although the humour is at the forefront of the style, there is an undercurrent of vulnerability. I would say that anyone who reads this will be hooked from the beginning and relate to many of the themes within, for example, ‘not wanting to be an adult’. But as concluded in the author’s words, ‘you just didn’t have to do it’ is the moment from which I understood the essence of what was to come. Highly recommended. Julie Elizabeth Powell, author of Gone, Slings & Arrows, Of Sound Mind, Misadventures Of Fatwoman, A Murderer's Heart, Figments, Knowing Jack, The Star Realm, Invasion, Secrets Of The Ice

"******" ******

Wombacher's book is listed under Memoirs and Biographies, but it's more fabulous wacky Humor. But that's just his life. He intersperses his zany slice-of-life situations with celebrity folks, the man on the street, and lots of fun wordplay. Like the awkward meeting with Graydon Carter, the editor of Vanity Fair, where he says Carter's "hair whips around his scalp like a roller coaster gone horribly awry." The book is a hoot. Maximum stars.
