"Cyber-Thriller a-Go-Go!" Not many real science fiction books are written anymore. The Dark Net isn't just your romance-clothed-in-shiny-steel-with-laser-guns book, or your Klingon-speaking-gotta-read-the-series science fiction novel. This is a _good book_. Remember Ender's Game? 1984? Fahrenheit 541? The Dark Net is that kind of book, one that you can read over and over again and find something new, something meaningful.
That's not to say The Dark Net is a serious treatise on the state of the world. But it's worth reading if you like to read.
Riordon has written an adventure in the internet, a science-based story, a pulp thriller that gives the reader something to think about.
Besides, Betty 3.5 is the hottest virtual assistant you'll ever meet. I'd follow her into the Dark Net too.

"Addictive" I started listening to the Dark Net on the iTunes podcast of the story. It's exciting and well told, with unexpected twists as well as interesting characters. (Poor Minus! No penguin deserves what happened to him.) Here and there, it's even pretty funny. I highly recommend the book (and the podcast).

"Is It Reality?" Flattop

The author has written an exciting story and sprinkled it with genuine Internet and computer terms to make it realistic. This book appeals to both geeks and sci-fi fans. It would make a great movie in the Matrix genre.

"Absolutely sensational!" A fantastic slippage into the nether regions of the net.
