Rose Anderson is a twenty-five-year-old young lady who happens to be one of the few female students at the Peter and Paul Theological Seminary of Cincinnati. One day she has a talk with one of her professors about the humanity of Jesus. She thinks that Jesus could have romantic feelings for a girl, but the professor, Dr. Michael James, disagrees. After speaking to the professor, Rose continues to think about the human aspect of the life of Jesus throughout the day. When she sleeps that evening, her dreams take her back to the time of Jesus where she is, in her mind, a close friend to the one she knows as her Savior and Lord.
