I fell in love with "The Greatest of These" while it was still being written, one chapter at a time on Judith Bronte’s website. Charlotte’s realistic struggles with having a chronically ill father, adjusting to living in a new place with new people, and her journey of faith pulled me into the story. However, it was the sweet development of the romance between her and Aaron that kept me reading chapter after chapter. As a wife of a husband almost a decade my senior, I appreciated Bronte’s portrayal. She presented the concerns that loving family and friends voice very realistically and the torn feelings of all involved. I especially loved the way Bronte portrays each event with care and faith, referencing applicable verses to keep our focus on the eternal picture. I recommend this and Judith Bronte's other works very highly.
