Self-Defense How to deal with bullies and 17 self-defense techniques that are effective against adult attackers Martial Arts (Karate) Teaches universally recognized blocks, punches, stances, kicks, break falls, a blocking drill and two easy to learn "Katas" This Life Skills Training program is ideally suited for moms, teachers, home schoolers, church and community groups, after-school programs, day camps, summer camps, and martial arts schools.
