"Many people are able to conveniently 'segment' their lives into 'work' and 'other.' And yet we are not 'different' people outside our place of work. I have been fascinated by this for a number of years and have never really understood it. In this short pocket book, using The Nine Fruits as aspects of leadership behaviour, I hope to promote my view that we have no need to change 'the way we work' from 'the way we live' and vice versa. The 'rules' can, in my opinion be the same and based on Christian values outlined in the Nine Fruits. This book is just a 'taster' setting out some overall general thoughts and I hope you will enjoy it. It is deliberately simple. The book is going to be supported by a series of nine pocket books each dedicated to one of the Nine Fruits.
