"Beautifully Haunting" Jenn, this book is so beautifully put together.. i hope you get a chance to read over someones shoulder some night... We all miss you very much... The poetry and prose of Jennifer Sloan is a haunting walk down some of the darkest of roads that Frost along with Poe would not have ventured together. Yet a single soul born of Ravyn courage did. Not by choice but by fate. This is a collection of her 'scribbles' that are shocking, reverberating, hop filled and enchanting in many ways. A journey into the darkest realms this world holds and an awakening into the most brightly lit love and hope the human spirit can ever hold. A tale not only of courage and survival, but also of life and the struggle to find happiness which Jenn was able to achieve before she shed her Ravyn wings and accepted angel wings in thier place... you are the Phoenix Jenn, and your wings will always be remembered for the shimmer of hope that they still carry…

"WHERE IS YOUR CHILD RIGHT NOW?" That question will burn in your soul as you ride this cyclone of emotion. Even through all of her pain, fears and misery, Jenn Sloan brings forth a lesson for all who suffer abuse, and feel that only death is an escape. She shows the strength and endurance of the human spirit and that, even through the darkest of times, a time of love and laughter may emerge from the long struggle. Gather your family near as you read...you will not want to be separated from them again.
