The Reiki Journal is a useful tool for any Reiki practitioner or energy healer. Here you can record healing session notes and have valuable reference material close at hand including Reiki symbols for a visualization tool, chakra centers, as well as basic anatomy. The Reiki Journal is not an instruction manual, and there are no hand positions included, rather this journal is designed as supplemental material for anyone who already uses Reiki, whatever level that may be, and it is a nice way to review and see how your sessions improve as you progress in your Reiki degrees. There is a section on each healing session notes page for follow-up notes that allows you to come back and make notes on how the session was helpful for a particular ailment. There is also a "special sessions" section for creating your own index for important sessions you wish to refer back to easily.
