Resilient Leader is an engaging introduction into the principles of superior performance and state of mind found in traditional martial arts, particularly those from the Japanese tradition.
The author, Winslow Swart, interweaves personal trials as a westerner with decades of uncommon immersion in Japanese culture and martial practices. By bridging two worlds, Swart wraps otherwise esoteric principles into practical, actionable tactics for warriorhood in many arenas.
In perhaps a future edition, I look forward to richer detail around the personal crucibles that shaped his lifelong training and personal resiliency.
