This Workbook, written for consultants and in-house facilitators of risk management processes, describes the processes involved in providing these high-level risk professional advisory services to organisations. Information is provided on how to access the RMDS, an on-line risk assessment and survey-tool used as part of an organisation development approach to changing organisation risk culture, processes and practices. The tool is aligned to the Australia / New Zealand Risk Management Standard (4360: 2004) and will be updated in 2009 to reflect the small changes that will be made in adopting AS/NZS 4360 as the International Risk Management Standard (ISO 31000).
