"The Sacred Dance: Poetry To Nourish The Spirit"
The poetry of The Sacred Dance made quite an impact on me. I actually read it the weekend I bought it, but I have been mulling it over these past weeks and wanted to think about it before writing a review.

First of all, I thought that it was beautiful. It was a very intimate look into your psyche. I want to read it again in the coming weeks...but my initial impression was of a man with inner turmoil, despair, someone who seems to be wrestling with some demons. I also saw a man who has hope, an enormous heart, and who loves his family and his God very much!

I found this book to be much more personal than Where the... More > Journey Takes You!

As someone who has what you might call a scientific/naturalistic worldview I have trouble identifying with your particular spiritual yearnings or with your particular religious metaphysics, but I am very interested in where other people are on their own spiritual journeys, and I found your book to be very insightful in this regard!

Overall I found it to be a very powerful, moving, and intimate look into your life - and I thank you from the bottom of my heart for sharing it! I'm looking forward to your next book! < Less

"The Poetry of The Sacred Dance" I was very moved by the power of the poems in this collection.

I am not generally a fan of poetry, but after having read "Where The Journey Takes You" I found that the lyrical poems in your first book were very enjoyable and took a chance at reading "The Sacred Dance".

I was stunned by the way each poem held power over my emotions. I felt my spirit lift at the poems of praise and identified with the pain and loss in the poems of petition.

I could see much deeper into the person I already knew. The poem about your wife was beautiful.

I hope you will continue to write and share your gift with the rest of the world.

"Sacred Dance" After reading both Where the Journey takes you and The Sacred Dance. “It is difficult not to be charmed by the author Robert Perry, and that in itself is a remarkable literary accomplishment.”

Looking forward to his next installment....

"The Sacred Dance, Poetry To Nourish The Spirit" After reading this book of poetry, I have to say I have several favorites. The poems are written beautifully, as was the author’s first book, “Where The Journey Takes You”.

I can identify with the author’s journey in his life, giving his poetry much meaning on a personal basis. There were many I could identify with, but the "Psalms From The Core Of My Being” really made an impact on me. I could really identify with the depth of those feelings. I hope to see more of these. The poem about his wife was especially beautiful!

The author is very talented indeed! I’m looking forward to reading more of his books!
