Linda Cannell is a scholar of the highest regard in both theological and ecclessiastical education. Her bibliographic knowledge and vast teaching expereince in some of North America's top Christian Universities and seminaries qualifies her to speak authoritatively on this subject. As one of Linda's former Ph.D students I, along with other studens and collegues, had the opportunity to read advance sections of this work and we were all similarly impressed by the scope and depth of the scholarship as well as the practical application of the content. Theological Education Matters is a MUST read for anyone who currently works or wishes to understand or work in Christian Higher education in the future. No scholarly Christian library should be without it.
