Through reading the books, I feel as if I know the pugs, but especially "Miss Beatrice". She is so hilarious and fits the role of big sister and the business one of the pug. Just like our lives, it seems like if it's not one thing that goes wrong it's another and that's what happened in this book. So unpredictable. Beatrice is so proud of herself for winning "The Annual Sunnyset Scientific Award" for her "Suddently Jell-o" invention. She is a very smart dog, but just had some bad luck. The photos are wonderful and the story so fun. My granddaughter just loves these books and the pugs always make her laugh. What a great gift for a child.

Lela LaBree Stute’s pug adventure books are books that all pug owners and\or lovers will enjoy. They are based on the three pug sisters Cissy, Bea (Beatrice), and Ingah DuPonte. Their humorous adventures will make readers of all ages laugh. I read these books to my two younger brothers and we all really liked how amusing the stories and pictures were. I can’t wait for her next book!
