"Great speculative fiction" "Twilightners" is truly a work of speculative fiction. I was always reading at two levels--the “what happens next, story-level,” and the “put-the-book-down and ponder on this for a moment level.” Overall the book takes contrasting or opposing concepts like reality/game or reality/dream, life/death, good/evil and plays with them in such a way that they switch back and forth, loop around and create a kind of dance of ideas. The two main characters, Sharon and Brian, are very well drawn, and their two narratives are a great counterpoint to each other.

"Twilighteners" This book has something going for it that few new novels do -- it's original. The concepts behind this are well thought out, creative, and beautifully complex. But at the same time, the author manages to give the story plenty of excitement, thrills, and action. Twilighteners will make you think, the whole way through, and you won't be able to put it down. The only real criticism I have is that I wish it was longer. With any luck, we'll get some sequels, or at least other books out of this setting.

"Twilightners" Don’t let the prologue fool you… this book is not a brainless read!
It’s a fun, provocative, and philosophical modern day look at the popular myths and legends of our culture. Mix this in with a little science fiction and a tense action story line and you won’t be able to put this book down! After reading this book your “every day” life may not ever look the same.
