Written with a reminiscent voice full of fondness that almost makes those who are too young to have experienced "Te 60s and 70s" yearn for its simplicity.

"Barb's Sister!" I'm Janet:

Barb's sister, I think her book is just fabulous! The story

on the eel was true to the end, except she left out how I

jumped on the couch in between trying to catch the little

bugger before my husband got home, (While she was laughing)

and, she wouldn't help! This is truely a great book. And,

I'm not being partial because she's my sister. We will often review each other's books.
P.S. We both laughed when I got him back in the tank. He
was the dirtiest and the hairiest looking thing we had ever
seen /thinking my husband wouldn't notice! Yes1 We were
still laughing.

"Walking Down Life's Path by Barb Foley" I've read this book cover-to-cover and I really loved it. My favorite story was about Licorice. It was interesting, informative and hilariously funny. Barb has a great sense of humor.

The thing I like most about Barb's memoirs is that in spite of having many hard knocks from life, she's always come out on the other side saying, "Well, I learned this from that experience and now I'm ready to move on." Barb gives credit to a Dale Carnegie course she took. I think it's more her personality and take on life that makes her so upbeat, not Dale Carnegie.

This book is terrific. I hope Barb will write another book of memoirs when she's about 65 or 70. And another one when she's in her 90's or 100's.

I previewed your book and it really made me smile. I love how you described the 60's & 70's. I was born in 1970 and it really brought back some great memories that I have. And the embarrasing stories, such as the toilet plunger, just made me laugh. I this a book like this could really brighten someones day.
